Using this website, Dr. Elliott is happy to provide email and other advice to his patients. To cover the costs of this service the following fees, in Canadian dollars, have been established :

Consulting Services - available presently to Canadian residents only.

Email advice: one-off $35.00 each

Email advice: 10 emails * $200.00 each

Prescription over the phone $35.00 each
* Over 12 months: whichever expires first.

Fees can be paid online with your VISA or Mastercard via Beanstream, or using PayPal, or by cheque.
